This is among the easiest and simplest ways to make transfers of any type between your laptop or computer and your phone.
i.) Connect your phone to the computer using the USB cable. Make sure your USB is well connected and can enable media transfer. To check this, drag the status bar downwards and then tap the USB icon written “Touch for other USB options”.
Tap and make sure that it says “Connected as a media device”. If your USB does not show this and shows something else like “Connected for charging”, it will not enable transfer efficiently.
ii.) On your PC, go to file explorer or Windows Explorer. There are two ways you can do this. One is by using the shortcut (Windows+E) which simply requires you to press the windows button on your keyboard and then press E consecutively. Another way is by going to Start, right click it and choose “Open Windows Explorer”.
iii) On your file explorer or windows explorer, search for your phone. Open your phone from this point and choose the location of your pictures; whether in the internal storage or SD card. Once you have located your pictures, you can either cut or copy them.
iv) Create a location for your pictures on the pc. You can create a new folder or move them into an already existing one. Once you have chosen an appropriate destination, you can now go ahead and paste them there. And it is that simple to move your pictures from phone to pc using a USB cable!
