Yesterday, I accidentally deleted some pictures on my computer. I tried some ways, but they all failed. I want to know how to safely get photos back. Thanks!
Taking photo is a way to capture the wonderful moment of our life. Losing these precious photos is a disaster for all of us.
In this article, I will show you an all-in-one tool: Data Recovery software. It can safely recover 99.99% deleted photos for all of you. Of course, I will also introduce 2 different ways to you. I hope these methods can help you.
Security is an essential factor when recovering photo on the computer. Luckily, Data Recovery is an expert in this field, which provides thousands of successful cases of photo recovery.
Step 1 Free download and run this software on the laptop computer.
Step 2 On the main interface, initially, we need to choose data type from Image, Audio, Video, Email, Document, Others. It’s quite obvious that we need to choose Image. Next in importance, pick up the hard disk drive. Finally, click the Scan button.
Step 3 Afterwards, we choose the pictures on the right side of the window. If you don’t see the pictures you wanted, please click the Deep Scan button on the top-right of the window. It will help you get more results.
Step 4 Last, click Recover button.
Advantage: This software can recover Photo, Excel, Word, PPT, Video, Email, Audio, etc. from computer, hard drive, flash drive, memory card, Xbox One/360, digital camera, etc. It is no exaggeration to say that it can solve 90% of the data recovery problems.
Disadvantage: you need to pay for the full version.
When it comes to recovering the deleted photos on the computer, most of us will think about the Recycle Bin. The deleted photos can be stored in the Recycle Bin for 30 days before they get removed automatically. So, there is a great chance to recover photos from the Recycle Bin.
Let’s see how it works.
Step 1: Open the Recycle Bin on the computer.
Step 2: Press Ctrl button and then left-click to select all the photos that you want to restore, finally, click on the Restore option in the right-click menu. All the photos will be recovered to the original location/folder.
Advantage: The process is quick and straightforward.
Disadvantage: If you emptied the recycle bin; or you used Shift + Delete keyboard combination to delete the photos, you will never see the deleted photos in the Recycle Bin.
The computer/laptop has a File History backup feature. This function also can help us.
Step 1: Go to the folder where your photos were stored before deleting. Choose Restore previous versions option in the right-click menu.
Step 2: In the pop-up window, choose previous versions. In the Folder versions box, choose the folder which contains your deleted photos, finally, click Restore button.
Advantage: The way is easy to understand.
Disadvantage: If you forget where the photo was deleted, then this method won’t work.
