Hi, In my opinion, you can try to use iCloud or “Setting” to help you check history on iPad after deleted. Check History on iPad after Deleted by Restoring Browsing History from iCloud
Using your iCloud account and password, sign in to iCloud.com
Move to the “Advanced Settings”. From the options provided, select “Restore Bookmarks”.
Choose an archive of bookmarks you wish to restore. Click “Restore”.
Using Settings to View Deleted iPad Safari history
You can also find your Browsing Safari History from the Minitrack found on iPhone or iPad. Ensure that the cookies, cache or data has not been cleared.
Steps to Follow
Move to “Settings” on your iPad
Move down to the bottom of the screen and select “Safari”. Click on it.
Move down the page, choose the option on the “Advanced” option.
Click “Website Data” to get your deleted Safari history.
Hope this can help
Cheers : )

RE: How to Check History on iPad after Deleted?
Well, I think the “iCloud” and “Safari Setting” methods mentioned by Jamie.L are quite misleading.
You can only restore bookmark from the iCloud archive if you got one already, not the history you want to check. And you cannot find anything from Safari setting after you have already deleted the browsing history.
If you want to check deleted history on iPad, no matter safari history, chrome history, call history, etc, the easiest way is using an iOS Data Recovery. And here are some top iOS Data Recovery in the market for your information.
