OK, before you reset your tablet. We need to make sure the state of your device. If your device can boot up normally please go to Method 1, if not, then you have to use Method 2.
Backup and Restore Android Contacts, Mesages, Call Log, Photos, Videos, Documents and more.
If you choose Method 1, we assume your device can boot up normally.
Step 1 Back Up Data (Skip this step if you don’t care about the data loss although it is highly recommended.)
If you do not want to lose your data in the device during the whole factory reset process, don’t panic. You can easily back up your data by using some data recovery apps like Android Data Backup & Restore. It is software on PC or Mac to Back up your Android Data.
Step 2 Factory reset the device via Setting
After backing up your data, you should find the icon with the name Setting on your tablet. Once you find it, follow the following steps.
Tap Settings > then tap Back up & reset > tick Back up my data and Automatic restore if you want to reset your device without losing your personal data > press Factory data reset (Attention: The steps may not be exact the same due to different brands or models but the basic procedures are the same.)
