2 Methods to Download Photos from iCloud to PC&iPhone

Method 1. How to Download Photos from iCloud to PC One by One
Options 1 Download Photos from iCloud.com.
Step 1 Go to www.iCloud.com, Log in iCloud with your Apple ID and passwords, click on the Photo icon on the screen.
Step 2 Select and download the photo to your PC. Double-click on the desired photo and it will appear individually on your screen. Click on that is on the top right of the screen, The photo will be downloaded to your download folder.
If you want to download more than one photo in one go, you should Press and hold down the Ctrl button on your keyboard, and select all the photos you want. Click on ,then they will be downloaded to your local folder.
Options 2 Download iCloud Photos with iCloud Drive on PC
Step 1 Download iCloud on your PC, Log in with your Apple ID and passwords.
Step 2 Open a file explorer window. Under the Favorite section on the left of the screen, click on iCloud Photos.

Step 3 Choose and download the photos you want. Click on Download photos and videos in the toolbar, choose the photo folders you want to download, and click on Download.
But the above solutions have some disadvantages. If you want to download all photos or a large amount of them from iCloud to PC, choosing Method 1 may cost you so much time and lack efficiency. If you want to download the photos selectively, it is not convenient to select photos one by one. So, Method 2 will be a better option.
Method 2. Download iCloud Photos to PC by Restoring from iCloud Backup
Step 1 Free Download iOS Data Recovery (iCloud Photos Downloader), run and click on iPhone Data Recovery > Recover from iCloud Backup file on the main panel, then Log in with your Apple ID and passwords.
Step 2 Tick off Camera Roll option and click on Next to download photos from iCloud, select an iCloud backup to scan and click on Next, wait patiently till it finishes.
Step 3 Choose the photos which you intend to retrieve. You can now preview all photos, choose photos which you intend to retrieve or tick off the folders, click on Recover to a computer.
