There are several ways for you to delete the Apple ID from your iPhone or iPad, you can pick up one that fits you most.
Caution:
Removing Apple ID from an iOS device will erase all or some of the data on it, you’d better make a backup beforehand.

Step 1 Download and launch the software on your PC.

Step 3 Remove Apple ID.
Click Start to delete Apple ID. Here, two situations exist.

If you forget the password of your account and you cannot turn off Find My iPhone/iPad, you can reset all settings on your device to turn it off when your device is running iOS 16 or earlier. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Enter your screen passcode to confirm the reset.
After the deletion, you need to power on the iPhone and set it up.
During the setup, you will encounter an Activation Lock screen which demands you to enter the related Apple ID and password.
Since you don’t have the password of the Apple account, you can tap the Unlock with Passcode option and enter the previous screen lock passcode to remove the Activation Lock screen.
Then, finish the setup, you can use your iPhone normally and it will not be linked to any Apple ID after the setup.
Method 2 Delete Apple ID on iOS Device via Settings
You can delete Apple ID via Settings with the password of this Apple ID. So, if you have the password, or you got the device from somebody, ask the previous owner to follow these steps.
Step 1 Go to Settings on this iDevice.
Step 2 Tap the Apple ID tab.
Step 3 Scroll down, tap Sign Out, enter the password to turn off Find My iPhone/iPad.
Step 4 Back up your data on iCloud if necessary. Then, tap Sign Out.

- The pay item and apps cannot be updated or renewed once the related Apple ID is removed.

Method 3 Remove Apple Account with iCloud
When Find My iPhone/iPad is enabled on your iDevice, you can log into iCloud on a browser to remove the Apple ID.
Step 1 Sign in iCloud.
Visit iCloud/find, log in with the related Apple ID and password (If the Apple ID belongs to your friend or the previous owner of this device, ask him/her to follow these steps.).
Step 2 Locate the device and erase it.
Click on the icon of this iDevice.
If you want to remove Apple ID from an iPhone, click on the icon of the iPhone, choose Erase iPhone, enter the password to confirm.
Step 3 Remove the Apple ID.
The erasing will take a few seconds. When it’s done, click Remove From Account and click Remove to proceed, and enter the password if you’re asked to.

Visit Data and Privacy on a browser, log in with the Apple ID you want to delete.

Step 2 Delete your account.
Click Request to delete your account to start your deletion.
