1 Preparation to Backup Android Apps
All the things needed for the backup work are a computer, a USB cable and your phone.
Step 1 Download and install Android Data Backup & Restore

Step 2 Choose the feature you need

2 Start to Backup Android Apps

Device Data Backup

Step 1 Connect your phone to the computer
Plug your phone into the computer with the USB cable. If the USB debugging mode is off on your phone, the following page will show up. Follow the instruction according to the Android version of your phone to enable the mode, and click OK on your phone to allow USB debugging.
Step 2 Select the type of your files
With the successful connection to the computer, you can now select the file type you want to backup in the following interface, and then click the Start button to begin the backup process. If you want to encrypt the backup, toggle on Encrypted Backup before clicking Start. You'll be asked to create a password. The password is needed when you try to restore from that backup file.
Step 3 Begin to backup
Once you click the Start button, you will be asked to choose the file path to store your backup file and default path is recommended. After you select your path, click OK to begin the backup process. A backup file will be created. Click OK to see all backups that you have made.
